No, but you can’t stop Fiesta unless there a prohibition on alcohol. I wonder how many new swine flu cases will occur over the next week as a result of Fiesta? Any guess? I say a 100 or more.
Not if the government issues something saying that public gatherings have to be stopped because of health reasons. I think organizers probably can cancel anything they want and lose a lot of money if they feel there is a good reason–and trying to prevent an epidemic from spreading would be a good reason–as long as they refunded any monies from advanced sale tickets and any rental fees charged to the participants.
The organizers must be practicing to run for Congress.
