Obama is President of the United States NOT Kenya, the Kenyan President would be handling that.
WHAT Kinda stupid question is this? Obama has nothing to do with the outbreak
leading the United States government, as he was ELECTED to do. I know that drives you nuts, but I love it that it does.

Preliminary research indicated that they would be hit hard with the swine virus. Especially if they do not have any Caucasian mixture in them.

Maybe if Obama did something more than preen and pat himself on the back for his first 100 days in office, we would actually have a government that did more than just blame Republicans for all the troubles of the world.
